I can not check my order. I have ordered before

The number that's on your site rings twice then nothing. When I first looked at the menu at the top it states customer service. I got that then a text comes up Can I help you? I explained what kept happening. I could not check out it had a red symbol stating my e-mail already exists, of course it does it's mine and my password was correct that was accepted. I put my e-mail in again and the same thing happens. I have ordered before so what's the problem. I get a text telling me to go on for $5 User's recommendation: Good luck getting someone to help you.
