I been trying forever to make contact None of your telephone numbers no longer work - your automated line that gives you answers to questions has no questions or policy for returning broken Electric goods. Totally dissatisfied with verys customer service. Nothing to do with covid - all of us need to adapt & with have people taking calls or have chat where someone is available to tell you what is required This item still needs to be returned User's recommendation: Customer Service - zero at present.
