I called the hotel like expediA directed me to do. They said they would call me back and never called me back.

I made the booking and cancel the booking within 10 minutes. It was for August 4. I called the hotel and they said they had no issue with waiving the cancellation fee. But they said they couldnt do it because I booked through Expedia and Expedia needed to do it. I then contacted Expedia. They said the hotel has to do it. So I contacted the hotel, spoke to the front desk person. She said she would bring it to the manager and they would call me back. They never called me back.
