I called and explained to someone that the time I ordered in store says it was delivered but I have not received it. I dont know if this is the employees fault or the companies fault but I was told since it was a store order they couldnt help me at all and that I had to call the store. I cant imagine how the store can help me if CUSTOMER SERVICE cant. Very confused and not satisfied that I wasnt helped.
