This is the second time I bought the MicroTouch solo thinking that I would benefit from it because it looks like a very good trimmer and both of the times non-usable out the package the head is broken first one I just without even trying to contact you guys I just threw it in the trash because I didn't know where I put the receipt but this time I'm trying to reach out to you guys because this is this is crazy I'm 90% sure this one is a used one unless wear every day assemble this it's a very dirty place or something because inside the grooves there is dirt like it's been run through the mail few dozen times probably Rite Aid got a return and put it back on the shelf
