I bought a king from a store and they said they weren’t responsible into contact the company

I had buy a keg Of your beer and it was half empty the circular said they were not responsible for it and I had to contact the company . I tried connecting the top to it and it wouldn't connect So I connected a new tap to it And it still wouldn't work except for spit out little by little User's recommendation: Check Liquor stores pressurized the tanks right.
