I booked a hotel through Priceline last night and I cannot find the reservation.

I was on hold for over 20 minutes, finally hung up. I never got a confirmation email or text. Same story for my room tomorrow. Im not sure I remember what hotel I booked at! Why is it that theres a plethora of useless emails from a company, and then when you need a confirmation, it doesnt come! Maddening!
