Fake people and as always... each person thinks they are better than others. All their talk is hyperbole nonsense. Don't buy into it. Just learn computers and do an online application through a credit union. I didn't see my LO until closing and went smooth as butter. In order to refi or purchase home you need obviously a loan. 99% of us do...just don't use these lenders anymore that sucked off teet during subprime days. The rest is just tactics to lock down a rate for their bottom line.
