I believe I should get my Yeti replaced free of charge.

All the paint is coming off the outside of my Yeti go-cup, tumbler or whatever you want to call it. Asked for a new one or a coupon for a new one, got NO RESPONSE. Says contact a lawyer. Really ? That's your response. Keep your box it came in, receipt, and warranty, they won't do anything without it !
