The rep. said it was too late. So I ask to stop this (March) month. However, they did not comply. They did not have a problem withdrawing the money a year or so ago when I asked them verbally. Now I'm asking them verbally again to stop withdrawing and now they are saying it's too late and they have to investigate. It is now April. I no longer wish to receive service from them.
