I am in Alberta Canada. I purchased an OUKITEL C15 Pro. It won’t send or receive phone calls, just texts.
After my service provider installed a new SIM card in this new phone, it will only send and receive text messages. no phone calls in or out. The phone just says calling...... for a minute or so with no noise at all, then just drops it. Trying to callto the phone is basically the same. You just get dead air.
