Hi there I am complaint about the relationship manager who is just far away from ptofisionaloty, FAB bank sent me email to update my documents before three months from today, on the same time I updated them all in the mobile banking, however no one contact me to confirm or reject documents, today I traveled to Dubai and stock at the petrol station becase my account is blocked, when I Communicate with them, they said you need to atte d personally to one of our branches, I move to their branch in Dubai and I received call from Muaayad Sakan who deal carless and blam me for not updating documents, then he keep delaying the verification, I feel so sorry to deal with such non behave employee
