I am complaing about my refund and the person who was very unprofessional

Silent boat party pt.3, saturday, april 13, 2019, beale street landing, 251 riverside dr, memphis tn 38103. My name is shirley miller - still I had purchase tickets to attend the event listed above. I received a email canceling the event for the 13th because of bad weather. They reschedule it for the sunday april 14, 2019. I informed them I had other plans I couldnt attend this event on sunday april 14, 2019. I request a refund they informed me I would get a refund between 7 days. Well I contacted the people who sent me the email. This is their response to me. I got the message thru a text it read as follow. Mane look and read carefully... Ion give a [censored]. Stop textn me and just do wut u gone do and ion give no [censored] about your hubby being a cop. And your point. Keep telling you country [censored] dat [censored] ain't up to me. The party went on. I been tryna b nice but u keep sending me dis [censored]... So wuteva bye. I informed him that I was going to court to file a small claim against the company for my money. I am going to file for the company to pay court cost, filing fee, loss of work and parking. I purchase 2 tickets - shirley miller-still order number [protected] total 62.00. He ask me to send him the order number I did tuesday april 30, 2019 and he will refund me friday may 3, 2019. When I text him friday may 3, I text him good morning I need to know how ill I be receiving my money. This is shirley miller-still. His text first was good luck getting it. I never imagine I would get such an ugly response concerning my money.
