I am being overcharged on my credit card when my account shows no more payments.

I called a second time last week to attempt to resolve my issue. I spoke to 2 ladies - it took a long time to explain what I wanted. What I wanted: A 2020 statement of what I had ordered and returned, in order to clear things up. (Note: my account shows that I do not owe anything, yet my c.c. keeps getting debited). They said it was hard because there were a few accounts but that she would amalgamate them into one so that when I went in to my account I could see everything. I went into my account as recently as yesterday and nothing has been done. I am seriously considering never using the tsc again.
