I am being charged twice for one subscription I need credited the money back and this fixed

It would seem when I signed up the NZ site failed and told me to reapply but in the background obviously it worked and gave me two accounts and I cannot find any customer service to talk to hopefully this search that I found this site on or will get somewhere this is very frustrating as you do not list anything on your site but troubleshooting pre-written drop boxes which are no good for me I'm sure are not much good for a lot of people can somebody get this sorted for me I have tried cancelling one subscription today hopefully that leaves one left is this correct as I can't tell what's happened. Christchurch User's recommendation: Watch the site when it malfunctions when writing your subscription if you do it again it'll probably charge you for every page where's the new account.
