My mother (beverlyivy82@***.com) is being billed for two different accounts and cant get one off. 1 for 9.99 and 2nd for 12.99 she wants to keep the 12.99 no ads all access account and delete the other please and its been 2 months with double billing. Could you not bill for 2 months and shell make up the difference. Thank You Beverly I
