I am a handy pro and when I show up at a job and the customer is not available the handy app has instead of letting me try and communicate with the customer will de activate the messaging aspect and then saybi was a no show and charge me for the job. It has happened over and over. I was a job today for instance and the address was wrong there was no address that match the app directions intruded for 40 minutes to communicate with the client and then after I checked out and User's recommendation: be home make sure your address is correct and don't lie like the pro didnt show.
