Purchase a PR4218 0n 06/16/2020 and it lasted about 5 minutes and now will not start. Not able to return it from the place of purchase because I put gas in it. I have been calling Poulan every day since the 16th and have over 2 hours on hold waiting to speak to customer service and have yet to speak to anyone. To sum it up I have a saw that does not run, a tree half done and out 200.00. User's recommendation: Don't waste your hard earned money on Poulan products.
