My husband has been locked out of his hotmail account. His name is Austin Ely and his email address is coffecrumbcake@***.com. Please help as this has been his email for many years and has used this for multiple 3rd party accounts. It would be a HUGE hassle to have to create a new account and try to change all of the email addresses of all of the 3rd party accounts. Especially since most of the time you have to change the email address by receiving an email on your original email account. Would apprieciate any help. Thank you!
