Where to start. This company came out for a free in home consultation and did a really good job cleaning a 2x2 area of my tile. They showed up on time but that is where the good customer service ended. I was told to wait a few hours before walking on it. Needless to say when I checked on it later I saw numerous dirty grout lines and a number of foot prints. I called them three times and every time I did they would hide behind their voicemails or blatantly lie that they would come back and fix it. They no-showed no-call the one time they were suppose to come. Save yourself a headache and spend the extra money.
