I ordered the boots on 12/9/16 (order #3679842). My order arrived on 12/21/16 only it was the wrong boot, wrong color, wrong size and wrong name brand. What am I supposed to give my daughter for Christmas? I called and after 45 minutes got a refund. I asked to speak to manager and never got to talk to one. I asked for a manager to call me back. No one did. Can I order these boots for delivery in January? Can I order a similar boot for delivery in January. I was told I can go to the Nordstrom Rack in Durham (75 minutes away) but the representative couldn't tell me if the store had any boots in stock. The store didn't have the boots. I always believed Nordstrom had an excellent customer service reputation. This is anything but that. Today's experience was awful.
