Humiliated because of Certegy and I have been a very happy Publix shopper for years.

After years of wonderful service, I was declined at checkout because of Certegy. I had changed to Launch and had a low number check. $207.00 worth of groceries in my cart and Publix acted on info from Certegy. Humiliated beyond words. The line in my aisle was getting longer and longer. I had thousands of dollars in the bank. I havent been back to Publix, which I love, since that happened. Most people have no clue about Certegy and I barely even heard the word but I have since researched them. User's recommendation: Take cash because Certegy controls if your card will be taken. Never use a low number check which was my mistake. Had I not loved all the cashiers at Publix, I would have left everything for them to put up.
