Hi, I have tried to call Remington customer service as well as emailing customer service, all efforts have been to no avail. I have a Remington CDL 270 where the recoil pad has deteriorated terribly and creates terrible messes, its very sticky, I have never seen any recoil pad do this. I have seen where there was a run of these pads that were deemed defective and were replaced. What do I need to do to get support? User's recommendation: Be careful moving forward, they filed for bankruptcy.
