How is a hose company out of a replacement Hose!

I put in a case July 10 received a response and still no hose! I purchased this for the warranty and am really disappointed you have yet to replace it! Please note that we are temporarily out of stock on our RP-IFHD-3 - 100’ Heavy Duty Hose. We will be happy to replace this unit for you once our inventory has been replenished.
