Anytime we call the customer service we get transferred to someone in the Philippines that can barely speak English and is incapable of honoring our request. So tired of the incompetent manner that this presents...they know how to quickly sign you up, but it takes an act of Congress to get your name/address removed for their damn mailing list! User's recommendation: If anyone knows how to easily get your name of the mailing lists, let us know!
