I've been a member now for approximately four years of your Brookhurst Fountain Valley facility I noticed as of late you're doing away with towel services I find this hard to believe that you were doing this for any reason other than company bottom line profit you profess to do it for ecological reasons which is quite unacceptable it also outrageously stupid. I come to the front counter and they tell me they're washing towels I go into the men's locker and I see two bins of towels overflowing and lying all over the floor suggestion Tri training your people 2 empty the bins in a timely matter get them to the washroom and turn them around to the front counter rather than waiting for 15000 In the men's room before you do the first load. If you really want to save money and be economically but like friendly try turning your exterior lights off they burn 24 hours a day and I would imagine with the type of lighting fixtures you have it cost you a fortune to keep them running. You might also consider it that when it is pouring down rain outside in the parking lot is flooded you might want to set your sprinklers up to recognize that and not run full cycles and waste additional water I do like the facility but I must say just no towel service has got me in a quandary one of the reasons I joined this club was because of the towel service which you are discontinuing on a pretext simply because the people in charge cannot run the operation smooth smoothly enough to keep up on top of the task
