I dont own a Ryan Home (sorry, did my research before making the biggest purchase of my life). Makes me wonder if anyone does research or are you just mesmerized with the idea of something new?? Anyways, we built a custom home in a development and there were 12 lots left that had not sold. The developer sold them to Ryan Homes. Yay! Now we have *** substandard cookie cutter homes peppered in with truly custom homes! After every storm we laugh how siding and shingles fall off the Ryan Homes! We lost count of how many times heating and air conditioning companies have been seen in the driveways of Ryan Homes. Every house that has the laundry room upstairs, the outside siding is black with soot! Every single one! User's recommendation: Don’t be fooled just because something is new.
