Some guy named Hound called this morning to explain what my charges of $171 was for! YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE THIS!!! The airport shuttle dropped us off at the Rental Car counter. After all the "charges" we were given the key to our rental car and told to go downstairs on the elevator and told us the slot number the car would be in. This guy, Hound told us that the $171 were charges for damage to the car! HOW CAN YOU GET CHARGED FOR DAMAGES TO YOUR RENTAL CAR BEFORE YOU EVEN SEE THE CAR???
