Hotel reservation refund

I made a hotel reservation through the DOSH app . The hotel that I made reservations at was not up to health standards so therefore the hotel agreed to give me a refund . They told me to reach out to Expedia for a refund and I did but they dont seem to have my Information. I need to know how to proceed.
