I had stopped buying these about 2 years ago after getting a bag whose contents, while well within date, tasted like they had been left open on the counter for a week and the donuts looked like they had been kicked around and then sat on. Today while traveling my husband picked up a bag to snack on in the car. It was the only brand available at Flying J. Once again stale, and broken up donuts. Bag dated for May 31. Unfortunately he bought 2 bags because we're camping and I like powdered donuts for breakfast (another brand) Thinking of sending this bag back to them along with a bag of the ones I have been buying (Mrs Bairds) so they can see how the product is supposed to taste. Won't be buying Hostess again.
