Horrid Customer Service and Misleading Website

I placed an order over a month ago for an item that clearly stated "stock item" on their site that apparently ships in a matter of days. After waiting a few weeks for it to arrive I checked the status to find "manufacturer backorder" with no ETA. I have been trying to reach the through their email contact system and they have not responded once. User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere.
