I called to get my balance and was told way highter then expected. To my knowledge i only had one payment left to make. Turns out way wrong. But they lost a paymrnt of mine that was 340 dollars butvwhen they found it they tried to tell me it was for two payments then they tell me i dont understand which i understand perfectly and becausevi was a couple days over due date that it added up to over 500 for a couple of months which is *** especially when i talked to someone the day before i made the paynent and made a plan with them and they dont care a deal was made he wouldnt even tell me the amount that i was being charged for late payments then he put me on hold and hung up on me he could even care to help me resolve the matter poor customer service when i triedcto call back like seconds later the compsny was closed. Tgey dont want u to yell at them but they dont listen one bit
