I purchased a prom dress for my daughter. I hadn't heard anything from them after about 2 weeks. So I contacted them through livechat. I was told a much different time frame than I understood upon purchase. So I told them the dress would never make it to us by the prom. At that time I asked to cancel the order. They begged me to accept the dress. I told them no that the dress would be useless after the prom. I just wanted to cancel the order.She goes on to say the dress was specially made for her. I told her it wasn't, that I had just ordered the standard size. Asked for a refund agian. Then she ended the conversation and blocked me from live chat. Any way, More arguments and chats and emails. So the dress came. The dress is beautiful. But is came out of the bag with a hug hole in the tule, the ribbon to lace it up was unraveling, Beads were falling off, leaf appliques were falling off, the wire was poking out and so on. The biggest problem was the size. We ordered a 22W the dress did not fit my daughter, I tried it on and it fit me a size 10. These are the worst people to work with.
