My car was involved in a hit and run accident. I was the victim. I went to get my car fixed and it took longer than a month for them to get me a check for the repairs. They then put my car as a salvaged vehicle and did not tell me. I complained to the Insurance Commissioner in Louisiana and they lied again. I found out my vehicle Title was changed when I renewed my registration. User's recommendation: DO NOT TRUST PROGRESSIVE IF YOU HAVE A CLAIM.
