Horrible, Terrible, SLOW Customer Service

Every time I have tried to call customer service, the wait has been over 60 minutes. I've emailed customer service as well and it takes weeks to get a response. I returned an item two weeks ago (the company received it two weeks go) and I have yet to receive a refund. They were quick to charge me for the correct item. They screwed up my order and I'm the one having to pay for the item that should have been shipped to me to begin with. User's recommendation: Don't buy their merchandise!

Sadly, usually no customer service issues there. I used to buy things there, but lately it’s some kind of nightmare and not of high quality stuff, and I stopped shopping there.
