Lenovo's help desk, hotline, escalation, etc. are the WORST i have ever encountered. Absolutely the worst. I have been on a merry-go-round with these people, wasting endless hours and days trying to help for a faulty laptop - an expensive one - i bought recently. No one keeps notes on cases opened so that different agents can see them - if any of these people takes notes - no way to keep a paper trailver buyne User's recommendation: never buy a lenovo. if you have trouble with it you will never get any help.
