I am the owner of Shippingrovercaliforniatrendsand and I have never seen such incompetence from two people who work at this company in my life! Paul and Allison are unprofessional amd unhelpful. My assistant contacted the company 2 weeks ago for a simple reason, to receive help to begin Dropshipping for my website. Each time he began the process with Allison she would all of a sudden disappear off WhatsApp and unavailable. My frustration level is very high and I wanted to reach out to you because I know if this was my company I would want to be made aware of this situation.
