HORRIBLE STAFFING AND SERVICE!!!!

I have had it with Spectrum and the merry go round of nonsense. I rose this morning to find my internet connection down. I logged into my Spectrum account, which provided a notice that there was an outage in the area, I then called Spectrum support, and spoke to theTier 1 CSR. Afterbeing on hold with her for 20 mins,she is clueless whether there isan outage I thenwait another 40 mins for Tier 2. They never arrive. A supervisor tells me there is no outage that the website is wrong, but I owe over $300.00 which is incorrect. He then says thats a mistake but I need to pay more money, to have services available Extortion at its best, I will not fall for it, This needs to stop and have fraudulent corporations be held accoutnatable for such ineptness. mins fro Tier 2 User's recommendation: Provide knowledgeable CSR's has stop trying to extort customers. It is a a pathetic act from Spectrum, especially due our adjusted work requirements due to Covid. Interrupting internet access and the ability to work from home, especially when you have timely received payments, is a definite implication that you will not receive anymore payments. Adelphia Cable did the same thing and look what happened to them.....
