Horrible Staff, and Management (Amimr Shah) and Long wait times

Everytime I go to the Yonkers, Microcenter it has lines which take up to 30 to 40 min to go through. The management especially Amimr Shah does not care about customer service. He comes across as possibly racist when he is only taking care of caucasians and thanking them for shopping. When i go weekly I spend over $1,000 and do not receive this treatment. The sales floor is a mess, price tags usually wrong, not enough sales reps on the floor, non experienced just not knowledgeable enough reps. That store needs a full cleansing of management and staff. The story never changes there. Customer service has only gotten worst. Fire Amimr Shah, get experienced managers who know how to multitask and take charge. Do a thorough walk through of the aisle, ensure employees are doing their walk throughs and not standing in a corner.
