I ordered my hid kit over 2 weeks ago an have yet to receive it no one updates the tracking info or tell you that they are waiting on parts to arrive before they ship it off i have had zero updates an iv called about 3 times. I live in south tx an it says my package is just now after 2 an a half weeks in Illinois. Very dissatisfied with their service and shipping their is no other choice other than the free shipping also. If you order from them the last thing you get is a order number in a email they will not update you on the status of your order even if it is delayed waiting on parts. If i would have known it would take almost a month to have anything delivered from them i would have went some where else
