I ordered a pair of the new Reebok Inspire shoes for my wife off of this site about a month ago and never received the shoes. I did receive an email saying my order had shipped, but the tracking number on the email found no packages. Last week I called customer service and was told they would have someone get in touch with me, but that it might be a day or so. After giving them plenty of time to call, I finally called back today. First of all I had to call the 800 number over and over again to get through. It is apparent to me that other people are having problems with this company. After finally getting a customer service rep on the phone I had to wait for about 15 minutes while she "researched" the problem. When she finally got back on the phone she said they were crediting me the money for the shoes. I said that I wanted the shoes, not my money back. She said they were no longer available. It turns out that the particular shoes are in high demand and no one has them anymore. I could have gotten them a month ago when I placed the order originally if they had told me they did not have them. When I told her this she basically just said tough, that is the way it is, sorry.
