This is the worst delivery service ever. I never got my package. Got delivered somewhere else where somebody signed my name to acknowledge receipt. Their website has no phone. I have sent numerous messages with no reply. Similar incident happened to a friend. Driver threw his package into the snow around his mailbox and never attempted to walk down the driveway to deliver it to his doorstep. Losers!!! User's recommendation: RUN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
