Original review updated by user Jul 06, 2021 AMAZING... AMAZING... Gabriel made this entire experience be the best it could be, at first ordering online can make one crazy, lol saying the least. Even customer service could not help. But somehow Gabriel started texting me from the Costa Mesa Location. He is such an amazing person and so helpful. WOW, this is what I expect from COACH. I think Gabriel will one day teach other employees of COACH how to handel customers. If he calmed me down and took my money with a smile, then he is the best pro sales person I know!!! Love the help Gabriel, Thank you and see you soon. And I will only buy from Gabriel COACH User's recommendation: don't order from them.
