Its funny the company's motto is "Putting Customers First Since 1901" hardly. There are so many other banking options out there, please, please, please use them. I know this may be a convenient option especially if you frequent this HEB but the employees at this bank, including the Manager are horrible. They have no customer service skills. They are hard to work with, tell lies and do not have the ability to solve the simplest of problems. They are by far the most incompetent group of people I have ever had to deal with. If ever asked to open an account at this bank, don't walk, run!
