NPerson with a gray shirt claiming to be the store manager, Lauren is an embarrassment as a store manager, I have been working in customer service for 23 years and the service Ive received in this store is by far the worst, after I waited in line for almost 30 minutes to pay for an item the employee rude and condescending, maybe she didnt like minorities. Please address my next complaints will be to the better bbb.
