We started a home purchase through factory expo Arkansas city kansas location in October 2020. This sales office is staffed by liars and lazy fools. They have done the siding wrong($3200 mistake),got the shower tile wrong,and stated that the factory wouldn't call to let me know, claimed that since the factory couldn't get the 1"keri blinds that all we'd get was $100 for 10 windows, and for all these screw-ups I had to wait till the beginning of June for delivery. Then they wouldn't give me a date for the set up crew till July. Don't buy from this dealership-you will get screwed! screwed! screwed User's recommendation: Go anywhere else.
