Horrible seller and customer service

I ordered a wallet. When I received it it was not the correct color and missing a card slot. I started the dispute/refund process with the seller. I made my last counter offer and logged out. When I logged back in to check the status, ALL of my account data was gone. I emailed customer service and informed them of the situation. I sent them screenshots of the transaction. All I get are computer generated msgs saying they cant help me without an order number. This website is a joke. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY!!! They care nothing about the customer.
