Horrible sale service

2

Hello, I am writing this brief note so you can be aware Steve Raymen online operations connected to Car guru is very sketchy. First, I do understand the method of, getting the customer into the dealership used or new, cause perhaps you can persuade them into something else if you do not have what the consumer is actually looking for. But when there is a conversation, about needs and cost and knowing that my wife is suffering from cancer and chemo and I am an hour away I wanted to be honest, upfront and clear about needs and concerns. But when I get there the van I was looking for was sold the previous day but yet the sales person said come out assuring me....Neither he nor the sales rep he said to meet was there. And to be honest, the appt was 10:15 and I arrived at 10:26 am. I am not mad that it was sold, but frustrated that I was lied to, not informed and left my wife home alone in pain, which the sales person knew. When I texted him back about that there were no used vans on the lot like he promised, he never responded which makes it even worse, not as much as an apology. Is that how you really do business?
