Horrible, rude customer service

Our flight was cancelled, and we were not notified, when calling customer service, they place you on hold for hours and never getting back to you. talked to Henry Polanco he was so rude, he asked the same question and then raised his voice, saying he understood you, but he keep on asking the same questions, then when asked to speak to his supervisor, he said sure, I'm still going to place you on a long hold, and never get back to you, was waiting for 2 hours. Every call you make it's the same thing. They are not nice. Nor polite, they dont help you! care apologize and the same thing User's recommendation: ask to speak to a supervisor right away and tell them not to place you on hold.
