My name is Jereld Hall, this is in reference to my claim against your company. My claim # is 114****. The agent is Janell Lazarus . i have given her everything that she has requested ,only to be neglected with no return calls . This issue is becoming prolonged for no apparent reason. I am asking for attention to my case . I have not obtained a lawyer but I am starting to feel as if i need one. I have medical bills that need to be paid ,compensation for pain and suffering and I would like to put this issue behind me. If there is more info on my part that i need to resolve this issue , I am not aware because she wont return my calls. I have spoken to her supervisor over a week ago to resolve this but to no avail. I am asking for your company to look into this matter to resolve this issue. My last resort is to hire an attorney. This action will cost your company more money and this will be due directly to Ms Lazarus neglect in handling the case. Thank you for your prompt concern in this matter My phone# is Thank you
